For Prospective Buyers

 

  • Annual fee:  The current annual fee for Westpark is $200.00 pro-rated based on possession date.  (10% interest is charged on unpaid fees).  Please note:  Fees are pursuant to the Encumbrance registered on the title of the property - unpaid fees are a charge against the property and ultimately collected at the time of a property sale.  This is not an optional payment but is required from the owner(s) of each property.

  • Fiscal year:  The fiscal year runs from May 1st to April 30th.  Payment of the fee is due by June 30th of each year

  • Account standings:  Please email westparkresidents@gmail.com to obtain the current account balance for a specific property.

 

 

For Residents

 

  • Fence stain color:  The stain for the fences is Behr solid colour wood stain, and the color is one that has to be mixed -- the name is Mesa Gray (DP-373).

 

 

Amenities

 

Within our Westpark neighbourhood we enjoy bike and walking paths, a pond, toddler playground and tennis court.  (The tennis court is managed by the City of Calgary.  Click here to read their guidelines regarding booking for special events.  Public recreational use is on a first-come first-served basis.)

 

Westpark is walking distance to schools, shopping and more!  Our neighbourhood is conveniently located within walking distance to St. Joan of Arc school (K-9), West Springs School (K-6) and the Calgary French & International School (Private PK-12).  We are also walking distance to two grocery stores, gas station, drug store, restaurants, banks and other shops.  In addition, our location offers both a quick get away to the mountains or commute to downtown.  Commuters have the option of taking Bow Trail into the downtown area or the LRT (located a few minutes south of us at 69th St. & 17th Ave).
